Are Goody4Paws products suitable for all breeds?

Yes. Our products have been developed for all breeds and coat types unless otherwise stated. Whether your dog has a short, smooth coat or a long, luxurious coat, our products are designed to cleanse, nourish and enhance the coat while being gentle on the skin.

Are your products suitable for puppies?

Most of our products are suitable for puppies over 12 weeks of age. If a product has a different recommendation, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Can professional groomers use your products?

Absolutely. Goody4Paws products have been developed with professional groomers in mind and are suitable for both salon and home use.

Do you test on animals?

No. We never test our products on animals.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Standard UK delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Free delivery promotions will be advertised when available.

Can I return my order?

If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused and in their original condition unless they are faulty.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

At present we deliver within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Can I buy your products in person?

Yes. Our products are available from Goody4Paws and selected stockists. More locations will be added as our range grows.

Are your products suitable for horses?

Some products within the DAZZLE range are suitable for both dogs and horses. Please check the individual product description before use.
